A friend recently described chocolate as being "aspirin for a headache of the soul".
Quite poetic. And quite frustrating... I am now into day 2 of mad chocolate (and sugar) cravings which I am trying hard to avoid so that my trip to the gym last night wasn't in vain.

It's hard... when you start exercising, it makes you want to eat more, but you're trying to eat less than before. To maintain a stable weight as an adult, you basically have to be a bit hungry the whole time (at least, I do). Getting older sucks.
